Change Your Heart by Loving Others More

Amidst crazy time the world is facing, perhaps the answer is found within. If there’s one thing I know to be true it’s that Sometimes God doesn’t change your situation because He is trying to change your heart. (That’s worth repeating)

Sometimes God doesn’t change your situation because He is trying to change your heart.

There are times in our lives when we pray for God to change the current situation that we are in. But, it can be necessary for us to go through these situations for God to work through us. Maybe you need to change your heart instead…

Whatever situation you may be in right now with work or school or even in a relationship, or life in general, trust God like you never have before! Consider your heart in the matter; how can you grow from the situation that you are in? Let God work on your heart.

I have learned to grasp this concept in my own life. I have seen my walk with God excel like never before. I’ve learned to let go of control. I’ve learned to trust God and be joyful no matter what I am going through. Although this is contrary to how the world tells us to ask, but living this way, I’ve also excelled in many areas of my life.

God blesses us when we allow Him to change our hearts!

Peter 1:7
These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith–of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire–may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

  1. This is what have realised most people ask for a situation to change and not their unrepentful hearts

  2. Oh that what it means I was thinking that God wasn’t changing my situation because he was trying to change my heart by changing the Desire of my heart!! But I got it all wrong thanks for clearing that up with me🙏🏻❤️😊
