  1. Excellent, excellent, excellent podcast on leadership! I’m not sure if this would be a fifth area or a subarea you mentioned, but I believe we need to blossom where we are planted. People often can live their life in the future dreams and miss what is in front of them. You are moving in the direction of your dreams, but you are here today for a reason. God has planted you in your job, in your church, and in your community. Use it as an opportunity to pour out to others and blossom.
